RGRC is committed to serving families who care for children with special needs. RGRC’s mission is to empower parents and caregivers through child care health consultation. RGRC consultants assist and empower parents and child care providers, in-person, via telephone, or email to promote healthy, safe and nurturing environments for optimal child well-being and safety.
